Greetings!

This issue is a real treat because all images are new edits. You haven’t seen any of these other than possible posts on so-so media that pass the white glove nun censors. I’ve had a few wonderful shoots over the month I’ve been back from Ireland, so I’ve had plenty of opportunities to create some artistic shots. I have a couple more on the books, and that’s always nice to have some options coming up.

With today's world going as it is, I’m trying to consume less news. It is pretty depressing for some, myself included. This may be why I have enough edits just from the last week to include 36 new ones in this issue. I guess that’s about all I can attribute to a bright side.

My rates have changed on studio rentals. They stay at $100 for two hours unless the photographer is over 60. Then I don’t charge.

Speaking of rates and income in general, the plan is to eliminate or reduce Social Security, and there is nothing standing in the way of that happening. I checked, and without it, 50% of my income will vanish. That will most certainly change our lives here. We’ll still eat and have a roof over our heads, but that limits me in so many other things I love doing, including how much shooting I can do that is for fun and not for income.

In January, there is a movement to make a person or web host either charged as a sex offender or the host shut down if what some magical entity determines is porn going on. I don’t consider anything I do as porn, but those who define it in this case would. And even if I don’t, I’m sure my host would take no chances and close my website, this website, down.

Yeah, interesting days ahead, so we shall see.

Linda’s arm is healing well. It will still take a few months to get back to normal. There are two bright sides to that. It wasn’t her right arm, and I am developing softer hands from doing dishes. I also get to cook, so if we come out of this alive, there you go.

Today, we are heading to Bonita Creek for an overnight stay. I have some things to take up and pick up—that is normal with two homes. And our lower furnace has something wrong with it. Fortunately, it has to be one of two parts, and I have the tools to figure that out. It’s nothing like the furnace in Christmas Story, but I reserve the right to say ‘soap in mouth’ words while fixing it.

So, as you are enjoying (I hope) some of my art, please consider picking something that moves you as something you might want to hang on your wall for inspiration. Art can change your mood and oil the cogs of your daily grind. Consider it. Prices start at $75 and go DOWN from there.
